I've never skied — can I join?

Of course. The First Steps packages are designed for first-timers: a 4-hour beginner lesson covers the equipment, stance, braking and your first turns, and you practise with instructor support all day.

Skiing or snowboarding — which is easier?

Skiing is usually considered easier at the start because your feet move independently. Snowboarding takes a little more practice for balance and control, but once it clicks many people find it more fun. Just tell us your choice when you book.

When is the ski season at Erciyes?

The season at Erciyes usually opens in December and runs until April on the upper slopes; snow is most reliable from January to March. Each package's departure dates are listed on its page.

What should I bring?

Ski/snowboard equipment, helmet, goggles, ski jacket, ski trousers and gloves are included. Just bring thermal base layers, long thick socks, a buff or balaclava, sunscreen and sunglasses.

Where will we stay?

You stay at the 5-star Wyndham Grand Kayseri in Kayseri city centre, with an indoor pool, spa and sauna. Transfers between the hotel and Erciyes Ski Resort are included.

How do I get to Erciyes?

Getting to Kayseri is up to you. Transfers from Kayseri Erkilet Airport or Kayseri bus station to the hotel, and from the hotel to Erciyes Ski Resort, are free; details are shared 2–3 days before your holiday.

Is there an age limit?

Our programmes are suitable for ages 6 and over. Adults can start skiing or snowboarding at any age.

What are the payment and cancellation terms?

You pay only a deposit when you book and the rest when you arrive at Erciyes; the deposit amount is shown on the package page and at checkout. If your plans change, you get a 100% refund or can change your dates up to 8 days before departure.
