Terms of service
These terms describe what you can expect from Aventurway and what we expect from travellers. They apply whenever you book an experience or package through this site.

Who you are booking with
Aventurway creates, operates and sells its own experiences. There are no third-party sellers on this platform: when you book, your contract is with us, and we are responsible for delivering the experience as described.
Some experiences are delivered on our behalf by licensed local operators — balloon pilots, dive centres, mountain guides. We select them, check their licensing and insurance every season, and remain your point of contact throughout.
Booking and confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a voucher by email. Most experiences confirm instantly; those requiring operator confirmation are marked clearly before payment and are confirmed within 24 hours.
Prices are shown per person in the currency you select and include everything — there is no separate tax or service fee added at checkout. Some experiences require a deposit rather than the full amount; any remaining balance is paid in person on arrival, never charged automatically.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation terms are shown on every experience page and again at checkout. Most single activities are fully refundable up to 24 hours before the start time; multi-day packages up to 30 days before departure.
If we cancel for weather or safety reasons, you are offered the next available slot or a full refund. The choice is yours and you never need to argue for it.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time, for meeting the physical and age requirements listed on each experience, and for telling us in advance about medical conditions that affect participation.
- Follow safety instructions given by guides and pilots.
- Bring valid identification where an experience requires it.
- Arrange your own travel insurance — activity insurance covers the experience, not your trip.
Liability
Adventure activities carry inherent risk. We operate to the safety standards of the country each experience runs in and carry the insurance required by law, but participation is at your own risk within those limits.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
