Partner agreement
These terms apply to businesses that list their own activities and packages on Aventurway as partners. By applying to the partner programme you accept them; they apply to every listing you publish.
Last updated 17 October 2026
Scope
This agreement sets out the rules of the Aventurway partner programme between Aventurway and the business that applies to it (the “partner”). It covers the partner dashboard, the listings the partner creates and the bookings made for them. Our terms of service and privacy policy also apply to the use of the site.
Application and account
Every application is reviewed by our team. We may approve an application or decline it with a reason; a declined partner can update their details and apply again. Until an application is approved, the partner dashboard stays closed.
- The information you give about your business must be accurate and kept up to date.
- You are responsible for everything done through your account; keep your sign-in details to yourself.
- We may ask for documents showing that you are entitled to run the activity, such as a tax certificate or an operating licence.
Listings and content
You write your listings in one language. You are responsible for their accuracy: price, programme, what is and is not included, requirements for guests, meeting point and photos must reflect what you actually deliver.
Every new listing, and every change to a live listing, is reviewed before it appears on the site. We may edit listings for clarity and consistency, translate them into our other languages, decline them with a reason or take them off the site.
You grant Aventurway a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, translate, adapt and display your listing texts and photos on the site and in its own promotion for as long as the listing is with us. You confirm that you hold the rights to the content you upload.
Price and service fee
You set your own price per person, in euros. Aventurway adds a service fee on top of it; the price travellers see is your price plus this fee. The current rate is shown in your welcome e-mail and on the price card in your dashboard.
- When booking, the traveller pays only the service fee online. This is Aventurway’s income.
- The traveller pays your full price to you in person on arrival. We deduct no commission and your money does not pass through us.
- Extras you offer are paid to you on site in full; no service fee is added to them.
- The fee is fixed for a listing when it is approved; later changes to the general rate do not move the price of an approved listing.
- You may not ask guests for more than the listed price and the extras they chose.
Bookings and delivery
We notify you by e-mail of each confirmed booking and each cancellation, with the guest’s details and the amount you will collect on arrival. You agree to deliver the experience as described on the booked date and to keep your available dates up to date in the dashboard.
Mark the payments you collected and any guests who did not show up in the dashboard. If you cannot deliver a booked experience, tell us immediately so that we can inform the guest and find a solution.
Cancellations
Cancellations follow the cancellation terms shown on the listing. Refunds of the service fee are handled by Aventurway. Since you collect your price on arrival, nothing is due to you for a cancelled booking. Repeated cancellations by the partner may lead to the listing being removed or the account being suspended.
Licences, insurance and safety
You hold every licence, permit and insurance required by law for the activities you offer, and you run them in line with the applicable safety rules, with suitable equipment and qualified staff. You will show the relevant documents on request.
Guest data
You receive guests’ contact details only to deliver their booking. You may not use them for marketing or share them with third parties, and you protect them in line with the applicable data protection law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend a partner account or remove listings if this agreement is breached, if we receive serious complaints or if there is a safety concern. While an account is suspended, its listings are not shown on the site.
You may leave the programme at any time by taking your listings off the site and letting us know. Bookings that are already confirmed must still be honoured.
Responsibility
You are responsible for delivering your experiences safely and as described. Claims arising from the way an experience is run are your responsibility; Aventurway is not liable for loss or damage caused by the partner’s activity.
Changes to this agreement
We may update this agreement. We will let partners know about material changes by e-mail before they take effect. Continuing to use the partner programme after that means you accept the updated agreement.
Contact
For questions about this agreement, use the contact page or reply to any of our partner e-mails.
